The Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali, located within the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone (SEZ), celebrated its soft opening on 31 July 2026. Built at an estimated cost of Rp 1.5 trillion (US$ 85 million), the mega-mall is a joint venture between PT Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID) and the Mitsubishi Estate Group,

Dazzling in its scale and the number of shopping options, Sira Village offers outlets presenting a bevy of leading fashion and lifestyle brands with attractively priced items on offer that include: Coach, Kate Spade, BOSS, Adidas, NIKE, Religion, Puma, Lacoste, Steve Madden, MAP, Feysen, Hazelwood, and Tommy Hilfiger. Sira Village also features Indonesia’s first Kinokuniya Book Store.

And if you’ve had your fill of shopping, the Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali Mall is also home to a tempting array of seaside restaurants and entertainment venues.

All of Sira Village’s leading brand-name glamor and relaxed tropical lifestyle dining and entertainment attractions can easily distract you and make you lose sight of the deep commitment shared by the owners, management, and staff of Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali Mall with the surrounding community and the Island of Bali as a whole. Sira Village brings together the diversity of modern-world tourism with the richness of Balinese culture within a single setting: an international-standard outlet mall.

Accordingly, the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone (SEZ), in close cooperation with Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali Mall, seeks to support its corporate social obligations by providing both a venue and opportunities for diverse community activities. This mission is exemplified at Sira Village Grand Outlet Bali—the area’s first outlet shopping destination—which expands its role from a venue for shopping, dining, and leisure to also become a place for meaningful community activities.

Kura Kura Bali represents a modern, evolving destination that aligns with Bali’s axiomatic commitment to the philosophical tenets of Tri Hita Karana, which require balance among people, nature, and the spiritual realm.

Since its soft opening, Sira Village has collaborated with various elements of the local community on events ranging from running groups to Pilates Classes to fashion shows. A case in point, The Sunset Mandala at Sira Village recently hosted a “Pilates for Charity Event”  organized by *Kelas Rawat Diri* (Self-Care Class), a fitness and personal development initiative for women. The fundraising event attracted about 46 participants eager to maintain their health while also supporting a social cause, with tickets offered for only Rp 75,000.

Maryni Manga, also known as “Rini,” co-founder of the “Self-Care Class,” explained that the social initiative was inspired by videos showing emergency surgeries being performed in tents on the island of Flores in Nusa Tenggara following the series of hundreds of earthquakes that started on 15 August 2026, resulting in at least 100 deaths and more than 1,600 significant injuries.

“The video from Aeramo Hospital in Nagekeo deeply moved our team to help. We felt we didn’t necessarily have to travel to Flores to make a difference from Bali. Because of this, we organized a fundraising Pilates Class where 100% of ticket sales and donations went directly to helping our fellow Indonesians needing emergency aid on the island of Flores. Our plans for a fundraiser were warmly supported by Sira Village, where the entire coordination process was completely hassle-free,” Rini said.

Using proceeds from ticket sales and donations raised during the Pilates event, the “Self Care Class” was able to send funds to Flores healthcare facilities in need. “We purchased medical equipment such as a nebulizer for the Tuanggeo Community Health Center and glucose testing kits for Ruteng Hospital, as well as breast pumps, breast milk storage bags, and baby swaddles for the Aeramo Regional General Hospital,” Rini explained.

Tantowi Yahya, President Director of PT Grand Outlet Bali, welcomed the “Self Care Class” fundraiser, explaining that the event reflected the Company’s desire to prioritize positive cooperation with the wider community. “From the outset, Sira Village was designed not merely as a world-class shopping destination, but as a living space that generates shared positive outcomes for all.  We envision this area as a hub where various meaningful initiatives can successfully come together.”

Tantowi continued, ‘Providing space for the community—such as our support for the ‘Pilates for Charity’ event —reflects our continuing commitment to ensuring that Sira Village’s presence within the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone adds value, celebrates inclusivity, and serves as a place where social consciousness flourishes as part of a shared lifestyle experience.’”

The event’s success in raising much-needed funds was made possible due to close collaboration among various communities in Bali. “Self Care Classes,” held with the assistance of Sira Village commercial tenants and led by volunteer instructors and beauty care providers, generated much-needed funds for earthquake victims in East Nusa Tenggara.

”Sira Village—located within the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone (SEZ)—opened its doors to meaningful activities. They provide space for us—a coalition of various Bali-based communities—and even the tenants at Sira Village join in activities at the Mall that truly benefit visitors,” said Rini.

Commenting further on Sira Village’s Community Outreach Programs, Zefri Alfaruqy, Head of the Communications Department at Kura Kura Bali SEZ, emphasized that integrating lifestyle, wellness, and humanitarian action serves as a form of community empowerment. “We welcome the community cooperation established with Sira Village in our area. We hope Sira Village will not only serve as a showcase for global products and local small and medium-sized enterprises, but also continue to expand its capacity as a space where social and cultural consciousness can flourish, creating a tangible, positive impact on the wider community,” said Zefri.

Through ongoing cooperation with local communities, Sira Village aims to realize a vision of harmonious area development aligned with that of the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone (SEZ)—where tourism progress, healthy living, and social consciousness can grow and thrive hand in hand.
