\u200bBaliPost reports that a panel of judges at a sitting of the Denpasar State Administrative Court (PTUN-Denpasar) <\/em>heard case 17.G\/2026\/PTUN.A<\/em> case filed by PT Indonesia Kaishi Tourism Property Investment Development Group<\/em> against the Head of the Civil Service Police (Kasatpol PP – Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja<\/em>) has been ruled in favor of a group of Chinese investors.<\/p>\n \u200bSitting in an electronic online proceeding on Thursday, 03 September 2026, the panel of judges headed by Aditya Permata Putra, and joined by Judge Ryan Surya Pradhana and Judge Ulfa Septian Dika – were adjudicating an action brought by the plaintiffs, a Chinese investment group, against the provincial enforcement authority (Satpol PP<\/em>) in the matter of the construction of a large outside glass lift situated at Kelingking Beach at Nusa Penida.<\/p>\n \u200bThe Decision of the PTUN-Denpasar<\/em> ruled in favor of the Chinese investors of PT Indonesia Kaishi Tourism Property Investment Development Group.<\/em> The judges also rejected and invalidated a letter (Nomor B.22.300.1\/11634\/Bid.II.Satpol PP Tanggal 27 November 2025<\/em>) sent by the KaSatpol<\/em> to Zhang Zhiliang, the Director of PT Indonesia Kaishi Tourism Property Investment Development Group.<\/em><\/p>\n \u200bThe PTUN<\/em> ordered and directed the KaSatpol PP <\/em>to officially withdraw its letter dated 25 November 2025 ordering the halt to the construction and demolition of the controversial 182-meter-high glass lift at Kelingking Beach.
