{"id":64,"date":"2024-04-12T22:34:58","date_gmt":"2024-04-12T22:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wlbrs-catalog.ru\/?p=64"},"modified":"2024-04-12T22:34:58","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T22:35:00","slug":"bali-airport-screening-for-pneumonia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wlbrs-catalog.ru\/?p=64","title":{"rendered":"Bali Airport Screening for Pneumonia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/bali-airport-screening-for-pneumonia-e01fb33.jpg\" alt=\"Bali Airport Screening for Pneumonia\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The growing global outbreak of <em>Mycoplasma Pneumonia <\/em>in Mainland China and beyond has piqued the attention of health officials at <em>Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quoted by <em>Tribun-Bai.com<\/em> on 07 December 2023, the interim general manager of <em>Angkasa Pura I,<\/em> Iwan Novi Hantoro, commented, &#8220;This (outbreak) has become a point of interest, bearing in mind that the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport is the primary gateway for the Island of Bali.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/bali-airport-screening-for-pneumonia-4040899.png\" alt=\"Bali Airport Screening for Pneumonia\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Angkasa Pura, <\/em>Bali&#8217;s Airport Authority, is coordinating with the <em>Bali Airport Quarantine Office<\/em> to mitigate any potential spread of <em>Mycoplasma Pneumonia<\/em> in Bali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>The Ngurah Rai Airport Health Office<\/em> has issued a letter to airlines and other airport offices addressing how to prevent the spread of <em>Mycoplasma Pneumonia.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Iwan Hantoro said that as an initial mitigating step, as many as five thermoscanner units to measure the body temperature of air passengers have been installed in the airport&#8217;s international arrival and departure sections. Health department officials are also in place to examine passengers displaying any symptoms of respiratory illness.<\/p>\n<p>Iwan quickly added: &#8220;At this point, no one has been found suffering from Mycoplasma Pneumonia at Bali&#8217;s Ngurah Rai International Aiport.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Should any arriving passenger be found positively infected with <em>Mycoplasma Pneumonia, t<\/em>hey would immediately be isolated <em>from other passengers f<\/em>or handling by the Port Health Office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The symptoms associated with <em>Mycoplasma Pneumonia <\/em>are sore throat, cough, fever, exhaustion, and headache.
