{"id":268,"date":"2026-06-10T08:41:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T08:41:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wlbrs-catalog.ru\/?p=268"},"modified":"2026-06-10T08:41:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T08:41:28","slug":"btid-closely-follows-ministry-of-maritime-affairs-fisheries-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wlbrs-catalog.ru\/?p=268","title":{"rendered":"BTID Closely Follows Ministry of Maritime Affairs &#038; Fisheries Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/btid-closely-follows-ministry-of-maritime-affairs-fisheries-guidelines-2cd5405.jpg\" alt=\"BTID Closely Follows Ministry of Maritime Affairs &amp; Fisheries Guidelines\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of a regular program of ministerial monitoring and guidance,\u00a0 <em>PT Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID) Kura-Kura<\/em> <em>Bali SEZ <\/em>received a visit from the<em> Directorate General of Marine and Fisheries Resources Supervision (Ditjen PSDKP) of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP)<\/em> at Serangan Island on Thursday, 07 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As reported by Radarbali.com, officials from the Ministry carefully evaluated <em>BTID\u2019s <\/em>space utilization activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and all administrative documents agreed upon by the development company and the Ministry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u200bBTID\u2019s management <\/em>is pleased to report that no significant failures or shortcomings were identified in the audit by the<em> Directorate General of PSDKP<\/em> on matters related to general marine space utilization regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bDuring the visit, Sumono Darwinto, the <em>Director of Marine Resources Supervision at the Directorate General of PSDKP<\/em>, emphasized that his team&#8217;s evaluation aimed to ensure that all business actors comply with existing regulations. Adding that any violations and shortcomings identified would be promptly followed up on, either through administrative sanctions or mandated remedial measures as part of the improvement process.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/btid-closely-follows-ministry-of-maritime-affairs-fisheries-guidelines-a9e1864.jpg\" alt=\"BTID Closely Follows Ministry of Maritime Affairs &amp; Fisheries Guidelines\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b&#8221;The government strongly supports investment, especially in tourism areas. However, such investment must comply with existing regulations and maintain the sustainability of marine and fishery resources,&#8221; said Sumono Darwinto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bResponding to&nbsp; the most recent evaluation results, Kundarso, <em>Head of Licensing and Regulation at BTID<\/em>, emphasized the company&#8217;s full commitment to regulatory compliance. He stated that <em>BTID<\/em> is committed to implementing all findings and recommendations from the <em>PSDKP team<\/em>, including improving permits related to coastal area utilization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThis stance absolutely demonstrates the company&#8217;s unwavering commitment to maintaining operational standards in the<em> <em>Kura-Kura<\/em> <em>Bali SEZ <\/em> project area<\/em>. Moreover, as a concrete step to maintain ecosystem balance, <em>BTID <\/em>is proactively implementing a sustainable environmental restoration program. To date, the company has carried out restoration by planting 700,000 trees and mangrove seedlings.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/btid-closely-follows-ministry-of-maritime-affairs-fisheries-guidelines-1a78d17.jpg\" alt=\"BTID Closely Follows Ministry of Maritime Affairs &amp; Fisheries Guidelines\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bDemonstrating its commitment to environmental sustainability,<em> BTID<\/em> has planted 700,000 plus seedlings in the area over the past decade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bSumono Darminto expressed his department\u2019s appreciation for the company&#8217;s cooperative attitude, which demonstrates a positive sign for maintaining a responsible tourism investment climate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b&#8221;One of the possible sanctions could be restitution. BTID has already started planting (mangroves).
