{"id":1003,"date":"2026-09-17T10:40:10","date_gmt":"2026-09-17T10:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wlbrs-catalog.ru\/?p=1003"},"modified":"2026-09-17T10:40:10","modified_gmt":"2026-09-17T10:40:12","slug":"jakarta-and-bali-airports-win-prestigious-airport-council-international-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wlbrs-catalog.ru\/?p=1003","title":{"rendered":"Jakarta and Bali Airports Win Prestigious Airport Council International Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/jakarta-and-bali-airports-win-prestigious-airport-council-international-awards-0d79264.jpg\" alt=\"Jakarta and Bali Airports Win Prestigious Airport Council International Awards\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>TRIBUN-BALI<\/em> reports that <em>PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports),<\/em> one of the world&#8217;s largest airport operators, has reaffirmed its position in the global aviation industry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThe global organization that represents the interests of world airports, the <em>Airport Council International (ACI)<\/em>, which oversees more than 2,200 airports, announced that 10 airports under <em>InJourney Airports<\/em> have won a total of 32 world-class awards in the field of airport services, namely the <em>Airport Service Quality Customer Experience Awards 2025 (ACI ASQ Customer Experience Awards 2025).<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThis achievement clearly demonstrates the success of the airport transformation implemented by <em>InJourney Airports<\/em> since its official establishment in September 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<em>The ACI ASQ Customer Experience Awards<\/em> is the only global program that measures airplane passengers&#8217; satisfaction directly, in real time, while they are at the airport, providing the most accurate picture of the user\u2019s experience at every stage of the journey, in both the departure and arrival areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b&#8221;This global achievement is an important step in making airports the face and pride of the nation. We thank regulators, stakeholders, all company employees and airport service users for their support,&#8221; said the <em>Director of InJourney Airports, Mohammad R. Pahlevi,<\/em> on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bPahlevi said the award also shows the transformation program is on track to enable airports to continue providing world-class services and fulfill the promise to serve all travelers wholeheartedly.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/jakarta-and-bali-airports-win-prestigious-airport-council-international-awards-5f16aaf.jpg\" alt=\"Jakarta and Bali Airports Win Prestigious Airport Council International Awards\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/jakarta-and-bali-airports-win-prestigious-airport-council-international-awards-d585022.jpg\" alt=\"Jakarta and Bali Airports Win Prestigious Airport Council International Awards\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<strong>The InJourney Difference<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since its establishment in 2024, <em>InJourney Airports<\/em> has carried out a corporate transformation based on three pillars:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Premises &#8211; delivering airport infrastructure and facilities focused on the customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Process &#8211; close collaboration between agencies in the airport and aviation ecosystem to increase efficiency, speed, and service integration.<\/li>\n<li>People &#8211; developing globally standard service personnel who are customer-focused, supported by technology as a service enabler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soekarno-Hatta and Ngurah Rai Airport Honored<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two busiest airports in Indonesia, namely <em>Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang<\/em>, and <em>I Gusti Ngurah Airport, Bali,<\/em> are pilot projects in the transformation led by <em>InJourney Airports.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bAt the <em>ACI ASQ Customer Experience Awards 2025,<\/em> it was announced that <em>Soekarno-Hatta Tangerang Airport<\/em> was named <em>\u201cBest Airport at Departures: Over 40 Million Passengers in Asia-Pacific\u201d<\/em> and <em>\u201cCleanest Airport in Asia-Pacific.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bMeanwhile, <em>Bali&#8217;s I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport<\/em> was named <em>\u201cBest Airport of 15 to 25 Million Passengers in Asia-Pacific<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/jakarta-and-bali-airports-win-prestigious-airport-council-international-awards-dba131f.jpg\" alt=\"Jakarta and Bali Airports Win Prestigious Airport Council International Awards\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThree other airports also won the prestigious <em>ACI World Director General&#8217;s Roll of Excellence Awards:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yogyakarta International Airport<\/li>\n<li>Pontianak Supadio Airport<\/li>\n<li>Ambon Pattimura Airport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This exclusive award is given only to airports that have won various championship categories for 5 years within the 10-year <em>ACI ASQ Customer Experience Awards Program.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u200bDeputy Director of InJourney Airports<\/em>, Achmad Syahir, said the achievements in the <em>2025 ACI ASQ Customer Experience Awards<\/em> go beyond being a source of pride for Indonesia and also serve as a means to evaluate and sustainably improve airport service standards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b&#8221;The ASQ program specifically measures the satisfaction of airport service users with ACI&#8217;s tools for looking at service quality at airports and customer experience at airports.
